2 Information we collect

Information you give us directly

• Contact details such as your name, email address, business name, and any message content when you subscribe to the Dispatch, fill out a contact form, or book a call with us.
• Information you enter into our growth diagnostic tools (for example, the Pipeline Checkup, CRM Fit Assessment, Sales Performance Score, and Revenue Operations Score), including responses about your business and sales operations.
• Account and membership details if you register for the Insider Hub, such as your name, email address, and login credentials.
• Information you share when you join or take part in the Insider Hub community, including posts, messages, and profile details.
• Any details you choose to share with us during a consultation, engagement, or email exchange.

Information we collect automatically

• Standard technical and usage data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit.
• Cookies and similar technologies used to operate the site, remember your preferences, and understand how the Services are used. See Section 6.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not send it to us unless it is necessary for an engagement.

3 How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services, including the diagnostic tools, the Insider Hub, and its member community.
• Create and manage your Insider Hub account and community access.
• Send you the DigitalFlow Dispatch and other communications you have asked to receive.
• Respond to your inquiries, schedule calls, and deliver consulting services.
• Understand how the Services are used so we can make them better.
• Meet our legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
• Protect the security and integrity of the Services.

We rely on your consent to send marketing emails, and on our legitimate business interests and contractual needs for the other uses above. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 7).

4 Email communications and your consent (CASL)

When you subscribe to the DigitalFlow Dispatch or otherwise opt in, you are giving express consent to receive commercial electronic messages from DigitalFlow Consulting. Every email we send identifies us and includes a working unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we will stop sending marketing messages promptly. We may still send you non-marketing messages related to an active engagement, such as scheduling or service updates.

5 How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:

Some of our service providers may store or process information outside of Canada, including in the United States and the European Union. Where that happens, the information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions, and we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected.

6 Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember preferences, and measure usage so we can improve the Services. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not function properly without them. Where we use analytics tools, they help us understand aggregate trends such as which pages are most visited.

7 Your rights and choices

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Withdraw consent to our use of your information, subject to legal or contractual limits.
• Unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time.
• Request deletion of your personal information, where we are not required to keep it.

8 How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain our business records, and meet legal and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

9 How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10 Children's privacy

The Services are intended for business owners and professionals and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority in their province or territory.

11 Links to other sites

The Services may link to third-party websites and tools that we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy practices.

12 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
